The Waiting Game I

This entry has been here in my blogiary for over a year already, I just got it updated and published more than a year after.

This waiting game is killing me.

Two weeks ago, I submitted my applications to graduate schools in Canada. While Jenny was kind enough (though with attitude) to submit the referee reports the soonest, I still have to wait for my other two referees to submit their reports before my applications get assessed. So basically, I am waiting for nothing until these referees send their reports. Oh God, please grant me the strength to wait. 🙏🏼

Two days after my earlier post, I received one confirmation email from UBC that Chris has submitted his reference. Tonight, I received another email from Madam Jo that she’s sick and needs a few more days to submit her report. God is good!

I have prayed unceasingly the past days for my referees to finally heed my request for their reports and here they are! Though I have to wait for a couple more days for Madam Jo but I am only a few days to go until my applications to four universities start getting assessed.

Lord, please.. I am storming all of the doors in heaven for this request. The UBC is the only way papa God. The other Unis, they don’t offer  funding upon admission. Only UBC papa God. I know that th is desire in my heart is meant for something great Papa God. I don’t rely on my credentials nor in the awesomeness of my proposal. I rely only in YOU papa God. Pleasee. My God, you make all impossibilities possible. I put my complete trust in you. Please, give me more patient as I wait for your beautiful artwork  to complete. I cannot rush you nor be restless. Because a masterpiece takes time. And I know, there is beauty in waiting. Give me the courage and hope, Oh Lord. 🙏🏼
